Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just leave your bin out and accessible on your scheduled day — we handle the rest.
When do you come?
We clean on or just after your garbage pickup day, when the bin is empty. Tell us your pickup day at checkout and we'll fit you into the route.
What if it's not clean enough?
Don't cancel — just tell us. We come back and clean it again for free. That's our promise: spotless, or we re-clean it free.
Are there any contracts?
None. You pay once and that's it — nothing renews, nothing auto-bills. You can stop any time. Unused cleans come back to you as money, or as credit that never runs out.
How do I sign up for a plan?
Just click "Book the plan" and answer a few quick questions — your name, address and garbage pickup day — then pay securely by card. That's it, you're signed up. No account, no paperwork, no sign-up fee. You get instant confirmation and Ash texts you your schedule.
My bin is really disgusting. Is that a problem?
That's exactly what we're for. The grosser, the better the before/after. Nothing shocks us.
How often should a bin be cleaned?
Every couple of months stops the smell and the gunk building back up. The Clean Season gives you 3 cleans spread across the season — that's why it's our most popular. The Seasonal Reset gives you 2: one at the start, one at the end.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We rinse thoroughly and leave the bin clean and closed — nothing harsh left behind.
What if it rains on cleaning day?
This is Newfoundland — we clean rain or shine. If weather makes it truly impossible, we bump you to the next route day and let you know.
What happens in winter?
We clean spring through November. If winter arrives before your prepaid cleans are finished, the leftover cleans automatically carry over to spring — you lose nothing.
Do you clean recycling bins and trash cans too?
Yes — garbage bin, recycling bin, garbage can, trash can, wheelie bin, cart... whatever you call it in your corner of Newfoundland, we deep clean, sanitize and deodorize it. A recycling bin counts as your second bin (+$20 a clean).
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop any time. There is no contract.

1. Keep it as credit. Your cleans do not disappear. Use them later — even next year. If you move, we bring them to your new home.
2. Get money back. We charge the normal one-time price for cleans you already had. You get the rest back.

Why don't I get it all back?
Plans cost less because you book more than one clean.
One clean by itself costs $39.99. The Seasonal Reset gives you 2 cleans for $69.98 — that's $34.99 each. You save money.
If you stop after 1 clean, you only had 1 clean. So we charge the normal $39.99 for it. The rest comes back to you.
What if I just want to move one visit?
Tell us at least 24 hours before your cleaning day.
24 hours or more before → No problem. We move it to another day. You lose nothing.
Less than 24 hours before → That visit is used up. We do not come, and you do not get money back for that visit.
Only that one visit is affected. The rest of your plan is safe.
Why? We keep that time free for you and drive to your street. If you tell us too late, we can't give that spot to anyone else.
What if YOU cancel?
If we can't come — bad weather, our gear breaks, we're sick — you never lose a clean. We come another day, or you get your money back. You choose.
Did you sign up at your door?
If we came to your house and you signed up there, you have 10 days to change your mind and get all your money back. Just email us.
